🔥 BROILER COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
(Perfect for take-and-bake or client reheating)
Product arrives raw or partially cooked depending on order. Cook until internal temperature reaches 160–165°F.

Preheat broiler on high. Line a broiler pan or baking sheet with foil and lightly oil.
Place burger patties on the pan, about 4–5 inches from the broiler element.
Broil for 5–6 minutes, then flip.
Broil an additional 5–6 minutes, or until burgers reach 160–165°F internally.
During the last 2–3 minutes, add pineapple slices to the pan to caramelize lightly.
Warm potato rolls under the broiler for 30–45 seconds, watching closely.
Assemble burgers with pineapple, sauce, and lettuce. Serve immediately.
