Policies and FAQs
Ordering Deadlines
Our menu typically drops on Mondays.
All orders must be placed by Saturday at 10:00 AM for the following week.
Late Orders:
If you miss the deadline, please reach out!
While we can’t guarantee availability, we will always do our best to accommodate you if we can.
Pick-Up Policies
Pick-Up Days and Locations:
Patriot Square, South Dennis: Wednesdays from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM
Sandwich High School, Sandwich: Mondays from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM
Timeliness Matters:
We understand that life happens, and we truly appreciate you making every effort to pick up your order during the scheduled window. If you find yourself running behind, please let us know as soon as possible — we’re happy to help when we can! Staying past the designated pickup time is at the discretion of our team, and a $20 courtesy fee is suggested if after-hours arrangements are needed.
Unclaimed Orders:
If meals are not picked up during the designated window, they will be donated to the Sandwich Food Pantry to help support our local community.
Delivery Information
Delivery Policy:
We want to make sure your meals stay as fresh and delicious as possible! For that reason, we kindly ask that someone be available to receive the delivery during the scheduled window. If you won’t be home, no problem — please leave a cooler with ice packs in an accessible location so we can safely drop off your order. Our goal is to make it easy, convenient, and to ensure your food stays at its best!

Mid Cape Deliveries: Deliveries start at 5:00 PM
Delivery Fees:
Fees are based on your delivery address and will be determined ahead of time.
Allergy Information
Your Safety is Important to Us:
Customers are responsible for notifying us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when placing an order. We take every precaution to ensure your meal is perfect — because an allergic reaction would certainly not be! If you have any specific concerns, please reach out before ordering.
Seafood & Fresh Fish Notice
To ensure the best quality and taste, any seafood or fish dishes should be cooked and enjoyed within one to two days of pickup or delivery. Fresh fish is more delicate than other proteins, and enjoying it promptly ensures the best experience.
Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the nature of our made-to-order meals, we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been placed. If you need to cancel or adjust your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes if timing and production allow.
Substitutions
We strive to prepare every meal exactly as described. In rare cases, if an ingredient becomes unavailable, we may make a similar substitution without notice to ensure we can deliver your order on time.

Food Storage and Handling
Storing Your Meals:
Meals should be refrigerated promptly upon pickup or delivery. We recommend enjoying meals within 3 days and following reheating instructions carefully to maintain food quality and safety.
