Ingredients:
Flank steak (or skirt steak), olive oil, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, lime juice, orange juice (optional), bell peppers (red, yellow, orange), red onion, white rice (or Spanish rice), cheddar cheese (or Monterey Jack).
Allergens: Milk (cheese).
Heating Instructions:
Oven: Preheat to 375°F. Place in an oven-safe dish, cover with foil, and heat for 20–25 minutes, until warmed through.
Microwave: Heat in a microwave-safe dish on medium for 2–3 minutes, stirring halfway.
Optional: Serve in tortillas for a handheld version.
