Party Experience Rental Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms for renting party experience equipment from Jenny’s Affair.

Rental Details

Rental Item: Party Experience Rental (as selected at booking)
Rental Period: Friday pickup → Monday return by 8:00 PM
Rental Fee: $150 (non-refundable once picked up)
Refundable Security Deposit: $75 (valid credit card kept on file)

Included Equipment

The specific equipment included in the rental depends on the party experience selected at booking. A detailed list of included items will be reviewed at pickup and is the responsibility of the renter during the rental period.

All items must be returned clean, deflated (if applicable), and in good working condition.

Equipment Care

All items are provided clean and in good working order. To help keep rental prices affordable, items must be returned clean and in the same condition as received. Excessive cleaning, damage, or missing items may result in fees. Normal wear from typical use is expected; damage beyond normal wear may result in fees.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Renter must be 21 years or older

  • Adult supervision is required at all times

  • Customer assumes responsibility for safe and appropriate use of all equipment

  • This is a DIY rental. Jenny’s Affair does not provide setup, supervision, instruction, or staffing during the rental period

  • The renter is responsible for pickup and return of all equipment during the agreed rental window.

  • Rental equipment may not be loaned, shared, or transferred to any third party.

Nerf-Specific Policies (When Applicable)

  • Up to 12 missing Nerf darts: no charge

  • 13–15 missing darts: $20 fee

  • 16+ missing darts: $40 fee

Protective goggles must be worn during play.
Outdoor use is strongly recommended.

Liability & Risk Acknowledgment

Participation in party activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical activity, use of rental equipment, and interaction with other participants. By renting this equipment, the customer voluntarily assumes all risks associated with its use and agrees to release Jenny’s Affair from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses, except in cases of gross negligence.

The customer further agrees to indemnify and hold Jenny’s Affair harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use or misuse of the rental equipment during the rental period.

Security Deposit & Credit Card Authorization

To help keep our rental pricing affordable, a refundable security deposit is required. The deposit amount varies by party experience and will be disclosed at the time of booking. A valid credit card is required at booking and will be kept on file for the duration of the rental.

The security deposit will be returned within 48 hours of return once all equipment is received clean and in the same condition as when rented.

If items are returned unclean, damaged, or missing, applicable cleaning, repair, or replacement fees will be deducted from the security deposit. If the cost of damage, loss, or replacement exceeds the deposit, the remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file.

Late Returns

All items must be returned by Monday at 8:00 PM.
Late returns incur a $25 per day fee.
Partial days count as a full day.

Weather Policy

Rentals are not weather-dependent and are non-refundable once picked up. In the event of rain or unsafe weather, one courtesy reschedule is allowed within 30 days, subject to availability. Equipment must still be returned on time.
